Weekly Recap 9/30 – 10/08

Hey everyone! We are back from the Tower of Terror 10-Miler weekend; it was so much fun, and I am happy to report that I survived…poison apples and all! I cannot wait to recap everything for you all. I have lots of fun pictures to share!

It was a pretty easy week before we left for Disney World due to taper week, but here are my workouts from last week (I am also including this week too – I won’t be doing a workout recap next Monday since it will be an easy recovery week + Disney recaps are way more important!):

Monday 9/30: Easy Run 3.1 Miles

Tuesday 10/1: Stretch Day

Wednesday 10/2: Easy Run 3.1 Miles

Thursday 10/3: Stretch Day

Friday 10/4: Travel Day, and went to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom

Saturday 10/5: Went to the race expo then ran the Tower of Terror 10-Miler!

Sunday 10/6: Walked around Animal Kingdom & Hollywood Studios

Monday 10/7: Walked around EPCOT for the Food & Wine Festival

Tuesday 10/8: Travel Day

*Plan for 10/9 – 10/13: Mostly will be doing some walking or easy running at the most with some low intensity core and upper body exercises
