Tower of Terror Training

Exciting news you guys! We are just a few short days from our “official” start date for the Tower of Terror 10-Miler training (wow, that is a lot of alliteration). That means only 19 weeks away from the race, YAY!

If you plan on running and you are not sure what training plan you want to follow, check out the links below – Jeff Galloway (official runDisney training coach) has schedules for you to follow based on what level you currently are, as well as what your goals may be! For the 10-Miler, I will be following his time improvement schedule.

I love Jeff Galloway’s training schedules, but I do not do the interval running. Personally, I do not want to keep track of when I ‘need’ to walk and run; it hinders my ability to get in the ‘zone’.

“Official” training start date is Tuesday, June 4th. Happy Training everyone! Hopefully I will see y’all there!

  1. It's getting close! I try to follow a training plan, generally one I create for myself. It doesn't always work, but I tend to get the same amount of runs in and I at least stick to my long runs. So maybe it's more of a training guilde line? ;)
